Salmon (Fish) Head Soup

High in essential fatty acids

Crockpot on high four hours

Ingredients:

5-6 cups water
1 salmon head rinsed (go to a place that sells whole fish and ask for a fresh head)
1 cup chopped fresh fennel greens
1 lemon sliced
1 green onion minced
1 cup bok choy chopped

Directions:

Remove fish flesh from head and return to stock before serving.

Stovetop preparation: bring water to a boil and simmer at low temperature so food slowly cooks 1 –2 hours depending on heat.

Energetics:

This soup provides essential fatty acids for the body and helps the Lungs and Liver, Stomach and Spleen. You will feel refreshed upon eating it.
