Foods and herbs nourish us as well as help us to maintain harmony and health.  By simply eating seasonal whole, organic produce and grains and responsibly raised meats we are fortifying our bodies and spirits.  I have created recipes which combine specific foods and Chinese herbs so that their inherent energetics support health and well being throughout my own healing journey.  I now share them with you.  To your health!

Immune System / Mineralizing

This soup provides essential fatty acids for the body and helps the Lungs and Liver, Stomach and Spleen. You will feel refreshed upon eating it.
This soup helps the Heart and Liver and blood circulation and purification, clearing the Lungs and aiding digestion, mineralizing the body and calming it.
This soup provides minerals from the lamb bone and makes them available to the body. The Lungs and Kidneys are also aided, as well as the Stomach and Spleen, Liver and increases blood and chi circulation.
Assists immune system in recovering cancer patients.

Allergies / Detox

Aids Lungs and clears nasal passages, removing toxins. Reduces heat and cold and phlegm. Moves the chi. Also helps Large Intestines and Stomach. Liver and Heart.

The first time I ate this I felt like I was having painless internal surgery performed on my reproductive organs, while I ate!! Oats calm the nervous system and stomach, regulate chi and strengthen Spleen. Coconut strengthens the body and activates the Heart functions, abates swelling and uncontrolled blood. Walnuts assail sexual dysfunction, impotence, infertility, back and leg pain and tonify Kidneys. Wolfberries help the critical function energy needs of Liver, Kidney and Spleen, aiding reproductive health. Black currents are a tonic to the reproductive organs. Turmeric regulates blood and menstruation and PMS. Reduces uterine tumors. Purifies the blood and aids in creating new blood tissue, increases blood circulation.
