The thymus is the central controller of meridian system.
This exercise can be done anywhere, standing or seated.

Hand position: make a fist
Location of thymus: the upper area of the sternum above the heart, just below the collarbone
Motion: with your fist, strike your sternum with just enough force to make a vibration, saying “ha” with each strike and with a smile on your face thinking of someone you love. You do not have to strike with much force to make a vibration.
Duration: do up to 1 minute or a bit longer if desired
Frequency: do daily upon waking or as needed throughout the day if you are feeling a weakness in your energy.
