Each Class Includes:

  • therapeutic actions of foods and herbs on organ systems, meridians, bodily functions, yin/yang, qi and blood
  • qi gong and exercises to increase functions of featured organs
  • lunch

Class Structure:

  • Demonstration: preparation of foods, herbs and dishes
  • Meal served/clean-up
  • Lecture:  Eastern and Western  perspectives, recipes/handouts
  • Simple self-help healing techniques

Presented by Stephanie Wilger, Certified Nutrition Consultant and graduate of The Academy of Cooking with Chinese Herbs, San Francisco.  Stephanie also practices the healing arts of Chi Nei Tsang, Karsai Nei Tsang and Da Yan ("wild goose") Qi Gong.  She and has a clinical practice in Berkeley, California.
