Sexual Chi Gong

Sex is not new to the French, but learning to cultivate their sexual energy with qi gong was for a group of 20 near San Tropez.  Some came with their partners, most without, everyone nervous as to what they’d experience. 

Sexual energy is our strongest life force energy seemingly uncontrolable in our youth, yet to our chagrin, wanes as we age.  It plays a role in all our relationships not just sexual.  With simple Taoist qi gong practices and energy circulation known as the Micro Cosmic Orbit, students learned ways to maintain strong sexual energy throughout life, with a partner or when alone.

Students were guided through qi gong and breathing that opened up and relaxed their pelvic girdle and perineal floor; strengthened their legs, ring muscles and bones. With the Fusion meditation, they connected their heart to their sexual center (second chakra), alchemizing emotions of fear and lack of love.

The most subtle yet favorite part of the class, was working with the relationship between the major internal organs in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the sex organs.  Whereas the ovaries and testicles are connected to all the endocrine glands, there are specific regions of the penis and vagina that relate to the major internal organs:  Kidney, Liver, Spleen/Pancreas, Heart and Lung.  Fortifiying these organs using the vibration of  the  ‘’six healing sounds’’ while simultaniously bringing awareness to the corresponding areas of the sex organs, brings energy circulation and healing.
